How to do the ACV hair rinse
Option 1: ACV with water
- Mix 3-4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of water (cold or lukewarm)
- After you shampoo and condition your hair, pour the ACV water evenly on your scalp
- Gently massage the water for about 1-3 minutes
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes (optional)
- Rinse hair normally with lukewarm water

Option 2: ACV only
- After shampoo and conditioner, pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar evenly on your scalp
- Gently massage your scalp and gently rub the vinegar from top to bottom, allowing it to get all the hair strands
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes
- Rinse hair normally with lukewarm water
